We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry, plan your expedition, and communicate with you about a trip you've enquired about or booked. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
3. WhatsApp & Third-Party Services
When you message us via the "Enquire on WhatsApp" buttons on this site, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy and terms. Some expedition pages also embed YouTube or Vimeo video players, which may set their own cookies once you press play — that happens on their platform, not ours.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. One feature — the WhatsApp enquiry popup on expedition pages — stores a single flag in your browser's session storage so it doesn't reappear after you dismiss it; that flag never leaves your device and clears when you close the tab.
